2022 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes

We’re proud to announce we have two homes in the 2022 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes. Among the 21 homes on display, we have our On Cloud 9 and A Little Gem home designs available for viewing.
The Parade of Homes runs through Sunday, September 25. The homes are open from 10 am to 6 pm each day except Monday and Tuesday. Tickets are $17 each for ages 16 and older. Kids 15 and younger are free. Tickets cannot be purchased at the homes. They may only be purchased online only at springsparade.com, which also has the locations and directions of all of the homes. If you have any difficulty with purchasing them online, you can visit the HBA office located at 4585 Hilton Parkway, Suite 100, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM to receive help. Please remember the homes are private properties, so follow any rules listed and be careful of your surroundings.
Our On Cloud 9 home is located at 12804 Stone Valley Dr., in Peyton. This is a spacious two-story home with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 3,422 square feet. This ideal home features soaring ceilings, large windows for plenty of natural light, and flex rooms that let the home adjust to your needs as they change. All of our homes feature outstanding kitchens, and this chef’s kitchen includes solid stone countertops, a stainless steel appliance package and an oversized island with an overhang that provides room for seating. This home is perfect for those who love to entertain, as there is a formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen with a butler’s pantry and access to the deck. The ground floor also features the all-important private home office that is an important feature for many buyers these days.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, including the spacious owner’s suite with ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. You’ll also find a laundry room for convenience, an additional full bathroom, and importantly, a loft/flex space.
The optional finished basement includes a rec room with an extra bedroom and bathroom, and plenty of storage. Included is a three-car garage or a five-car option to maximize your home shop or increase your storage.
A Little Gem is located at 10636 Sky Pond Lane, in Colorado Springs. At first glance, this looks like a charming cottage, but it’s a surprisingly spacious cottage, with a lower level that includes a large rec room, three additional bedrooms, and two bathrooms. On the main level, you’ll find two bedrooms, one of which is the owner’s suite with a spa-like bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The covered front porch in front of the home leads into a foyer that takes you into the open-plan layout with the dining area followed by the chef’s kitchen with solid stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and an oversized island with an overhang for seating. Between the kitchen and the great room is a breakfast area that also has access to the back patio. The great room has large windows, a gas fireplace, and 12’ ceilings.
A Little Gem has a lot of flexibility, as the second bedroom on the main floor or one of the bedrooms downstairs could easily be used as a home office or for other interests. The home also includes a three-car garage or a five-car option for storage and/or a workshop. The home may be called A Little Gem, but it has 3,627 square feet.
